Good health is a mirror of strong constitution and presence of mind. General well being of a person is often associated with the regimen which he follows. Good diet is the basic necessity of every human being. Food intake should consist of vitamins, minerals or the iron. All these necessary nutrients are supplied by the cereals, pulses and vegetables. Fruits also provide energy to the body of a person. Intake of fruits and juices give necessary supplements.
When you follow the path of life? Every stage of your life offers new rewards and challenges, and your needs change throughout your life. Are you following the road to good health? As you move through life, your concerns and needs change. Your health issues during old age will be quite different from the concerns you have during youth. From adolescence to old age, your life and body are constantly changing. It may not always be easy to keep up with those changes. From morning sickness to hot flashes to aging, there may be times when you need help coping.
But if you are taking up some necessary precautions during you youth, then you may be able to ward off certain diseases during your old age. The pain and agony caused during the old age will be less.
Most wonderful way of attaining happiness during old age can be to stay in good humor. Listen to that sweet music, do some light yoga and ward off that old age woes.
