Fitness is related to overall health of a person. It is associated with physical health as well as mental health. The presence of sound mind and sound body are very important. The issues related to general fitness may vary according to man or woman. God has made man and woman differently. Their bodies are different and the working of body is basically different. God has given more strength to males for doing jobs which are strenuous and hard. A man’s stamina is dependent on the overall strength he has, to do particular activities. Whether it is issue related to the health of man or woman, the proper regimen is very important. Proper health care schedule plays a very significant role in imparting good health to a person.When we talk about physical fitness of men, it is basically concerned with all the disease or issues related to sound bodies of males.
There are issues like proper diet, exercise, food supplements, body building, hair loss, weight loss or medication which are related to men.Proper diet is very important. The intake of various vitamins, cereals, pulses or grains differ according to body weight and height. The diet should consist of proportions of various food supplements. God has given more strength to men than women. So the food requirements of men are more because the work or jobs done by them demand lot of power and stamina.
Then there is need for exercise. Exercises help in building stamina. It also helps in proper toning of muscles. The brisk walking, jogging, skipping or weight lifting are very good for body. Playing of any game like football, hockey, volley ball or base balls are also very good.Proper schedule should be made and some time should be spent daily on workouts.
Men are very fond of good bodies. They always feel fascinated by big biceps, toned bodies and prominent muscles. The strength of a man is associated with the body built up. This is the reason of large growth of gymnasiums or health centers in every city.Mental health is as important as physical health. Mental health can be attained with meditation. Then there are some other methods which can help in curing diseases like yoga asana or aerobics.
You must have heard about growing hair loss in men now days. The loss of hair may be partial or full which can result in baldness, so proper hair care is required. There are many herbal medicines and treatments which can give very good results.The basic thing about good health is disease free state of body. When there is any disease it must be diagnosed and treatment should be given to cure it.
Smoking and drinking are other related issues of man’s health. It is not good to smoke or drink. There are various harmful effects of taking drugs also so every person should abstain from such habits.There are various ways to abstain from these habits. Concentrating on other activities or developing a hobby can help in eradicating the addiction.
