Hair loss means losing hair in a particular area which is generally located at the mid of the scalp or whole baldness when there is total hair loss. There are various problems related to hair. On the other hand, taking leukovorin (folinic acid) 8-12 hours after methotrexate may decrease this potential side effect without effecting the efficacy of the drug.
